1. Russian Twists:
Russian twists can help you maintain great posture. They work your abdominals, obliques and dorsi.1. Sit on the floor and bend your knees first.
2. Supporting your body on your buttocks, and maintaining the posture, lift your legs into the air (ensure your legs continue to be bent at the knees).
3. Bring forward both your hands and keep them straight at the shoulder level. Join your palms.
4. Now bend your upper body, along with your hands kept in the same position, to the right.
5. Pause for a few seconds.
6. Repeat the same on the other side as well.
2. The Chop A Exercise:
If you are Swim suit lover, then this exercise is idyllic for you. It fights belly fat and tones your ab muscles like no other.1. Stand straight and gently part your legs.
2. Your arms should be by your sides.
3. Now touch your right toe and twist your body towards the left.
4. Your left arm should be extended upwards at the same time.
3. The Chop A Exercise:
This exercise is for your arms, waist and abs. If you like a bit of a challenge, try exercising with a 5-pound dumbbell in each hand.1. Stand straight and part your legs.
2. Bend the left leg a little and tilt the left toe towards the ground.
3. Now bend the right leg, twist the torso towards the right and reach down to touch the floor.
4. Do 20 reps on each side.
4. Twist Using Dumbbells:
This exercise will work on your abs, legs and shoulders.1.Lie down on a mat and bend your knees.
2. Now hold a 5-pound dumbbell in each hand.
3. Bend your arms and bring them near your chest.
4. Lift your legs till they are parallel to the ground.
5. Point your legs towards the ceiling.
6. Bring them back to normal and repeat.
Never expect changes in your body in short time. Give enough time for best result. Do it 6 days in week. one is for holiday.
